More than rewards

Heritage Pro Service helps contractors improve their skills, engage with industry experts and access resources that support long-term business success.
In our modern world of fast-food reward apps and streaming memberships, signing up for another loyalty program can feel unimportant. But, when it comes to your business, there is one program you won’t want to forget to sign up for – Heritage Pro Service. To learn about this loyalty program and what makes it stand out from other apps and memberships, we brought Michelle Cooke, director of channel management for Heritage Pool Supply Group, onto an episode of From the Ground Up™ podcast.
Traditional loyalty programs are all about earning points to save money, whether that’s points towards a free coffee or a product rebate. But Heritage Pro Service is more than that. Michelle explained, “We have rewards in Heritage Pro, but that’s not the only thing we have. The entire program is built around supporting service professionals as both the business owner and the technician.”
What does Michelle mean by this? Heritage Pro Service participants not only get rewards and savings that help the business-side of their operations, but also the product education and vendor engagement needed to grow and improve their skills as technicians. A great example of this technical support is the Heritage Pro Service’s Pro Talks. Michelle described them:
We host a podcast every Friday called the Friday Pro Talks. These are our weekly education sessions built for service pros where our participating vendor partners come in and talk through products, troubleshooting, best practices and real field challenges. They're meant to be very practical, easy to digest, useful for pros who are out in field every day.
And this is just one of those educational, technician-focused services provided in this loyalty program. Intrigued? Getting started is easy! Heritage has designed the Pro Service to have multiple tiers to fit your company’s needs! Michelle elaborated, “Each company’s tier is based on their annual spend within the program. And if you make more qualifying purchases as your business grows, you get moved up.” She went on, “The entire goal is to give everyone, no matter if their company is just getting started or if they are the largest service business in their area, a chance to participate and build their business and skills.”
