Inside Heritage’s vision for the year ahead

Inside Heritage’s vision for the year ahead

Heritage highlights tools, trends and community impact at the 2025 Irrigation Show & Education Week.

At the Irrigation Association (IA)’s 2025 Irrigation Show & Education Week in New Orleans, Louisiana, Karol Weyman spoke with Jack Brandon, Southeast area sales manager for Heritage, about why the company continues to invest in innovation and its community as it looks toward 2026 and beyond.

Heritage’s presence at the show reflects a broader strategy of highlighting its brand and expanding support for contractors. “Heritage is here today showcasing who we are as a company,” Jack said. “Different aspects of our brand, what we have to offer, exciting things coming for us in 2026 and beyond.” As a premier sponsor of OutdoorCoffeeShop™, Heritage used the event to share updates on platforms designed to make contractors’ jobs easier.

Among the most anticipated developments is the expansion of Heritage Plus. “We’ve got our grids, our commercial services integration into Heritage Plus which is going to be coming live after the first of the year,” Jack shared. “We also launching a Heritage technical services platform which is going to be the helper in the field to our customers with questions for pump stations or smart irrigation or solar integration, kind of a liaison between the contractor and the manufacturer.”

Looking ahead, Jack offered insight into market trends he expects to see in this new year. “I think we’ll see an uptick back towards the residential market. It’s been suffering in the past few years, and we’ve been focusing more on commercial, but I do believe it’s going to kick back,” he said. He attributed the shift to renewed buyer confidence. “We’re seeing some buyer confidence return with the lowering of interest rates.”

Beyond products and platforms, Heritage continues to emphasize giving back to its community. The company hosted a concert event tied to its Heritage Cares outreach, offering merchandise and auction items to support charitable causes. “It goes to our mantra of giving back,” Jack said.
