Recently, Michelle Cooke from Heritage Pool Supply Group came by OutdoorCoffeeShop™ for an episode of From the Ground Up™. Michelle has been a part of the pool industry for a little over one decade with a unique focus on retail merchandising and customer experience. Today, she heads up channel strategy at Heritage, meaning she “finds ways to make the service professional’s experience better” by building programs that are more than just a transaction, and supports Heritage’s customers’ businesses, careers and communities.
Most recently, she and her team worked towards this mission by launching the Heritage Pro Service program. As Michelle described it:
It's a program built specifically for pool service professionals. It was created for the companies and technicians who are out in the field every day maintaining pools, solving problems and really taking care of the customer. As for what it does, it brings it all together: rewards, education, vendor support, brands relationship and hands-on training.
In other words, this is more than just a rewards program, it is a support program meant to assist smaller service companies in growing their operations and help larger service companies make their structures more efficient. And accessing the program is as simple as two clicks! Michelle explained, “You go to HeritagePoolPlus.com, toggle to the right and it's going to say Heritage Pro Service and you join with your existing account number.”
From there, you will start earning right away and your team will also get immediate access to the wide range of support features that Michelle described earlier.
