Inside Heritage Pro Service

Recently, Michelle Cooke from Heritage Pool Supply Group came by OutdoorCoffeeShop™ for an episode of From the Ground Up™. Michelle has been a part of the pool industry for a little over one decade with a unique focus on retail merchandising and customer experience. Today, she heads up channel strategy at Heritage, meaning she “finds ways to make the service professional’s experience better” by building programs that are more than just a transaction, and supports Heritage’s customers’ businesses, careers and communities.
