October was a big month here at The Coffee Shops™! It brought the launch of a new site, bringing The Coffee Shops site count up to five – RoofersCoffeeShop, MetalCoffeeShop, CoatingsCoffeeShop, AskARoofer and OutdoorCoffeeShop.com! For the launch of this new site, our incredible editorial team made sure to hit the ground running with the articles. October saw 40 articles go live on OutdoorCoffeeShop (OCS)! If you didn’t have a chance to read all of them, we made a shortlist of the top October articles that are must-reads. 

On our list, we have multiple articles from long-time Coffee Shops partner Cotney Consulting Group. If you don’t know them, Cotney is a consulting firm that helps construction professionals develop systems and strategies for long-term growth. In October, they shared tips on hiring the right salesperson for your team and advice on creating a financial projection for your business.
