Kristin Case is co-owner and Managing Partner of Hi-Peak Staffing Solutions where she leads the Commercial Roofing Division and drives strategy, growth and talent placement across the industry. With more than 15 years of recruiting experience and 11 years focused on roofing, Kristin specializes in sourcing talent from entry level to C-suite for contractors nationwide. She is actively engaged in industry leadership as a member of the recruiting committee for National Women in Roofing and serves on the Denver Council board. Outside of work, Kristin is passionate about branding, social media and elevating the image of the trades by opening opportunities and career pathways for women in roofing.
