The Working Genius model, developed by Patrick Lencioni, gives teams a shared language for understanding why that happens and a practical way to work better together.

This session introduces the model’s foundations to attendees in a fast-paced, discussion-rich format. No assessment is required; participants will leave with a working understanding of the framework they can apply immediately, and a foundation for taking the full assessment later if their organization chooses.
