Before: The cracked, pitted surface of a homeowner’s concrete patio and walkway were killing the outdoor atmosphere of their backyard setting. So they hired contractor Nimai Janes to fix the situation. Step-by-step, Nimai pressure-washed the area, taped it off, then coated the surface with  Terrazzo®Decorative Granite Resurfacer ($59.95 a gallon) in a Café color. 

After: Following a second coating of Terrazzo on day two, Nimai waited another two full days to return and complete the job by adding TracSafe® Anti-Slip Sealer ($58.95 a gallon) to the entire surface. The homeowners were so pleased with the transformation of the setting that they had him move on to restore the front porch area with the same products!

Hotel prioritizes guest safety

Before: The Coral Beach Club in St. Maarten has taken safety steps to make sure its guests are stepping safely. Because wet pool decks and showers can be slippery, club management has covered surfaces near 14 pool areas and 41 shower floors with TracSafe Anti-Slip Sealer.

With anti-slip ratings up to twice the OSHA standard, TracSafe provides aggressive anti-slip performance with all-weather durability for both interior and exterior areas around any surface.

After: “When people get out of a pool or shower they always need to be careful,” says Ingrid Rosengren, resort manager at the private luxury resort Coral Beach Club. “In an overabundance of caution, we recently had TracSafe applied to many surfaces. Additionally, we have plans for using TracSafe around all our tiled entries, stairs and walkways.”
