Case study: A simple fix for stubborn springtime stains 

In Florida’s humid climate, organic buildup is a constant challenge, especially on unsealed concrete that’s exposed to daily moisture. One residential sidewalk had developed dark staining and organic growth that regular rinsing wasn’t affecting.
