When it comes to reviving surfaces, Albert Chatman really knows what he’s doing. His company, Fast Maintenance Service LLC, is a multi-service company, specializing in surface effects. From resurfacing garage floors to driveways to patios, Albert has relied on Daich Coatings products for years to get the best effects and value for his money.

On one recent project Albert used a SpreadStone® Decorative Concrete Resurfacer Kit for the inside of a garage in a striking Midnight Slate color. He finished off the garage surface with a DaiHard MAX clear sealer for a showroom shine. Outside the garage he used a SpreadStone product on the driveway to complete the project.

Tips from a pro

According to Albert, it’s important to have some creativity when using Daich Coatings products. He also suggests following the instructions for the product: 

Never limit your abilities and be willing to step outside the box. The product is the best. Let your imagination take you from there. I’ve found that Daich Coatings is one of the most user-friendly and durable products I’ve used. I’ve applied it in my home and I’m very pleased with it.

Albert and his company have been installing Daich Coatings products since 2018.
