Heritage Pool Supply Group announces expansion in South Florida with the acquisition of MT Pool Distributors

Headquartered in Miami, Florida, with six locations across South Florida, MT Pool is owned and operated today by the Lozada family.

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. (“Heritage”) announced today that it has acquired MT Pool Distributors, Inc. (“MT Pool” or the “Company”), a wholesale distributor of pool & spa supplies. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Miami, Florida, with six locations across South Florida, MT Pool is owned and operated today by the Lozada family. The Company employs a team of more than 50 people. Cesar and Adriana Lozada will continue to lead MT Pool’s dedicated team, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers and employees.
