Heritage Landscape Supply Group announces expansion in St. Louis with the acquisition of MPR Supply

MPR has developed a strong market position in St. Louis and beyond, and Heritage looks forward to building on the combined strength of both companies for the benefit of their customers. 

Heritage Landscape Supply Group (“Heritage”) announced today that it has acquired MPR Supply Company, Inc. (“MPR” or the “Company”), a wholesale distributor of irrigation, lighting & related landscape products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Founded in 1991 and celebrating 35 years in business this June, MPR is owned and operated today by Mike Hartman and Rob Clouser. The Company is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, and employs a team of 15 people. Mike and Rob will continue to lead MPR’s dedicated team, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers and employees.
