Landmark Ceramics is helping contractors adopt porcelain offerings through training and nationwide dealer support.

At Equip Expo 2025, Landmark Ceramics showcased how American-made porcelain is reshaping the hardscape market. Andrew Patrizzi, regional sales manager for hardscape at Landmark Ceramics, explained how domestic manufacturing, dealer partnerships and contractor education are driving growth for porcelain pavers across the United States.

“Landmark Ceramics is a 100% American-made porcelain manufacturer,” Andrew stated. “We manufacture porcelain for flooring, wall coverings and 2CM porcelain pavers for outdoor use.”

While porcelain has long carried a reputation as an imported product, Landmark’s decision to manufacture in Tennessee has helped change perceptions and reduce risk for contractors and distributors. “When our group decided to build an American factory and make an American product, it was a really good segue into the industry,” Andrew explained. “American-made has become more and more important within that industry.” He added that domestic production allows Landmark to inventory material locally and ship nationwide within about a week, helping dealers avoid heavy upfront stocking.

As porcelain pavers have gained acceptance, Landmark’s presence at Equip Expo has grown steadily. “Our booth gets busier and busier every year,” Andrew shared. “On the front end, it was considered an extremely high-end and perhaps finicky material, but through training, we’ve been able to show contractors that it’s actually a lot easier to work with than they think.”

Landmark also stands out for the depth of its product offerings. “Our line size is actually the biggest in the industry as far as porcelain pavers go,” Andrew said, noting the company produces 60 colors and roughly 10 sizes. This range allows contractors to replicate traditional stone looks in a more consistent and durable material.

Through nationwide dealer distribution and partnerships with the Heritage Group, Landmark continues to expand its reach into design-driven markets where hardscape resources may be limited.
