Rachel Mohorn is the Senior Director of Marketing at the Heritage Family of Companies, where she leads the marketing strategy for one of the fastest-growing distribution networks in the landscape and pool industries.

Rachel began her career at Land O’Lakes, building a foundation in pricing, market research, segmentation, and product positioning for agronomic products in both row crops and professional markets such as golf, greenhouse, and pest control. Since joining Heritage in 2022 through the acquisition of WinField United Pro, she leads enterprise-wide marketing strategy across landscape and pool, driving brand development, digital transformation, and vendor partnerships while advancing content creation, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns that accelerate growth and elevate the customer journey nationwide.

Rachel holds two undergraduate degrees in Zoology and Poultry Science, as well as an MBA. This diverse academic background, paired with more than a decade of industry experience, gives her a unique perspective at the intersection of science, strategy, and customer engagement. Known for her collaborative leadership style and passion for storytelling, she continues to drive innovation and strengthen Heritage’s position as a trusted partner to green industry and pool professionals.
