Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, PBS was founded in 1976 by Olen & Betty Morgan and is run today by their children, Taryn Springsteed & Matt Morgan. The Company operates nine distribution locations across five states (North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia and Tennessee). Taryn, Matt and the rest of the company’s leadership team will continue to lead PBS’ dedicated employee base under the existing brand banner, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers and employees. 

As of September 30, 2022, Pool Builders Supply became part of the Heritage Pool Supply Group family. Now, Pool Builders Supply supports pool builders, retailers and maintenance companies.
