Headquartered in Apex, North Carolina, they were founded in 2004 by Brent Booker & Dan Pleasant and a with a modest 60-yard blower truck.

Bulk delivery services

Atlantic Mulch is changing the way landscape supplies are delivered.

With a fleet of vehicles, from dump truck to flat-bed with forklift, Atlantic Mulch has what it takes to handle bulk deliveries. Our professional drivers and experienced logistics team ensure prompt, reliable and accurate delivery to wherever you need in the greater Raleigh area (Raleigh, Apex, Cary, Holly Springs and the Triangle). We’re flexible and always strive to deliver materials exactly where they’re needed within site accessibility and safety constraints — we won’t risk anyone’s safety or cause damage.

And if you only want two to three cubic yards of material or an assortment that means bulk delivery services isn't right for your need? Atlantic Mulch offers supersacks! These are containment bags that hold one cubic yard or one ton. That means:

No untidy loose piles blocking driveways/ traffic
Material is protected from the weather
Cheaper than buying multiple two cubic foot bag mulch

Organics

Mulch: Whether it’s for controlling weeds or erosion, improving soil condition or purely for aesthetics, you deserve a quality mulch for superior results. That's what you'll get no matter if you get our walnut-colored designer mulch, the top quality black mulch, our classic pine bark nuggets or another one of our great offerings.

Compost: Atlantic Mulch is proud to work with local manufacture’s of compost and soil to provide an “engineered topsoil” that is a specific 60/40 blend of compost & sand/silt quarried deep in the pit. This quarried process makes this product weed and disease free. We also have our grade A compost. perfect for multi-use gardens and landscapes.

Aggregates: From our base stone cruch 'n run that is perfect for filling in holes in driveways or paths to our levelling stonethat is ideal for laying walkways, patios and dry stacked walls, we have everything you could need to create the pathways and spaces of your dreams.

Sand: We have three main sand options, our play sand that is specially graded sand and screened for children’s sand boxes, a coarse concrete bulk sand and the mortar sand which is used for masonry.

Natural stone: From decorative gravel to stunning sawn natural stone we have all the natural stone your heart could desire. We also provide natural steps and treads and edging barrier options.

Decorative gravel: Looking to build out a landscape bed, walkway, driveway or creek bed? We sell a variety of riverstones from areas like the Delaware River, Pee Dee River, Beartown and Pigeon River.

Concrete paver and wall systems: We stock both Nicolock and Techo-Bloc. Nicolock has been trusted as a top manufacturer of paving stones for over 60 years. They use select materials and a careful manufacturing process to guarantee product consistency and offer a lifetime warranty on products. As for Techo-Bloc, they elevate exterior design by creating landscape stones that push the boundaries of functionality, durability and aesthetics.
