The all-inclusive kit includes two gallons of TracSafe® Anti-Slip Color Coat in a choice of five colors, plus one gallon of clear TracSafe® Anti-Slip Sealer and two application rollers.

Easy project 

According to Peter, the odorless, fast-drying aspect of the TracSafe products make this an effortless project for any contractor.

“The TracSafe products roll on easily to quickly update an ugly, old surface,” says Peter. “TracSafe Anti-Slip Color Coat has a light stone speckle to it that sparkles in the sunshine. Color options include Graphite, Shell Grey, Cream, Clay Brick and Terracotta. The clear coat of TracSafe Anti-Slip Sealer protects the coating from dirt, water and chemicals and adds another level of slip-resistance to the floor.”

Who's falling?

According to the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI), falls account for over eight million hospital emergency room visits, representing the leading cause of visits (21.3%). Slips and falls account for over one million visits, or 12% of total falls. The NFSI website also reports that each year, in the United States, one of every three persons over the age of 65 will experience a fall … half of which are repeat fallers.
