We’re celebrating the end of another year with a look back at this year's top articles, videos, podcasts and more! 

With the release of OutdoorCofffeeShop.com (OCS), 2025 will always be a year to remember in The Coffee Shops™ history! Our crew is so thrilled to be a part of the outdoor professional community through OCS and cannot wait to see where this site takes us in the new year. However, before we dive into the next adventure, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate the launch of the site and the top content of 2025. 

Top article 

Making a splash on the expo floor! by Dani Sheehan 

Our top article of the year comes from our senior writer Dani Sheehan and is all about our crew’s experience at the 2025 Pool, Spa, Patio and Deck Expo! It was OCS’ trade show debut and we had a great time. As Dani put it in her article, “For our crew, this debut was a celebration of people, purpose and partnership. Thank you to Heritage for their sponsorship and support [as we enter this space].”

PSP + Decking 2025 playlist

Over on YouTube, our top video playlist of the year was our live coverage of the 2025 International Pool Spa Patio Expo (PSP) and the Decking Expo. This was our first time at the show, as well as the show’s first year hosting a dedicated media village area and it was so much fun! We are already counting down the days to the 2026 expo.

Over on YouTube, our top video of the year actually came from that top playlist; it was an interview Nick Young from eBility. eBility provides client-focused business management software that can track time, organize projects, send invoices and more.

Dive into PSP/Deck Expo 2025 with Megan Magana

Over on the multimedia side, OCS launched with a brand-new Coffee Shops podcast, From the Ground Up™! This podcast aims to help boost listeners’ businesses by interviewing subject matter experts and outdoor industry leaders on pressing issues in the industry. Our top episode of the year was with Megan Magana about the then upcoming 2025 International PSP/Deck Expo.  

Top social media posts 

And last but certainly not least, we wanted to highlight the hard work of our social media team by sharing some of the top content of 2025! On Instagram, our top reel was a video featuring our product and business development director, Karol Weyman. In the video, Karol shares the exciting news of our attendance at the 2025 PSP expo.  

Over on TikTok, the top video was Heidi J. Ellsworth, our president, and Karen Edwards, our chief operating officer, announcing the launch of OCS! In the post, they discuss the sponsor of the site (Heritage), what they’re looking forward to on the site and the community we are building here!
