PoolTech is now Heritage Pro Service!

Get rebates, education resources and more when you join the Heritage Pro Service program!

Your time is money, which is why Heritage is upgrading PoolTech® into the Heritage Pro Service. This revamped program gives “professional service technicians, service companies and maintenance professionals who purchase from Heritage Pool Supply Group and remain in good standing” the chance to earn rebates, access exclusive educational resources and more!

When you enroll in this program through Heritage Pool+, you will start earning rebates on designated Heritage Pro Service items (look for the Heritage Pro Service banner on product listings to quickly identify items that qualify).

The rebates you earn on these purchases are automatically delivered to a digital debit card and trackable through your Heritage Pool+ account dashboard. The amount you can earn depends on the tier you are on. There are three tiers within the Heritage Pro Service program:

Service Pro: For those that annually spend lower than $24,999.99, this tier gets users 2% back on qualifying purchases.
Elite: If you spend $25,000–$74,999.99 annually, this is the tier for you. Elite members get 3% back on qualifying purchases.
Legacy: If your company has $75,000 or more in annual spend, you can be a Legacy member and get 4% back on qualifying purchases.

As for the education benefits, Heritage Pro Service members get access to a full library of resources that are designed to help elevate their businesses. This library includes:

On-demand training videos
Water chemistry education
Vendor-led certifications
Business-building workshops

In addition to the resource library, being a member of the Heritage Pro Service program gives you the opportunity to network and learn from Heritage branches, vendors and fellow professionals through exclusive events and more. This is a type of support you can’t get anywhere else!
