Online platform delivers real-time support

Heritage Pool Supply introduces Heritage Pool Plus, its online business-to-business platform with AI-powered tools. 

At the 2025 International Pool Spa Patio and Deck Expo, Heritage Pool Supply highlighted its growing suite of digital tools designed to streamline the contractor experience. For Raymond Ambis, digital sales specialist for the company, the show was both a chance to demonstrate new technology and to build relationships that drive the industry forward. 

Raymond manages digital sales for Heritage Pool Plus, the company’s online business-to-business platform. He said the system allows customers to “check product availability pricing and place their orders from the comfort of their own home or on the road in the customer’s backyard.” The goal is to give contractors immediate access to the information they need wherever they work. 

A major focus this year is Heritage’s AI-powered chatbot, built with InstaLily AI. Raymond explained that the tool serves as a first-to-market support assistant that draws on data from top manufacturers including Jandy Pentair and others. The AI helps users troubleshoot in real time. For example, “You simply ask the AI chatbot what does an EO1 code mean on a master temp, and it’ll use the data that it knows and also search the web to get you the best possible answer,” he offered. 

Raymond also expressed how events like the International Pool Spa Patio and Deck Expo provide invaluable face-to-face time with vendors, customers and industry partners. This helps him gather insights that shape upcoming platform integrations and enhancements. “There’s a big opportunity for growth and a big opportunity to learn,” he said. “At the show you meet so many more vendors than you would have met organically. It’s a big wealth of knowledge.”
