Hit the road with the Holiday Bright Lights 2025 retreat!

You do not want to miss out on this interactive roadshow all about the lighting industry. 

Holiday Bright Lights (HBL) is sending out the call for lighting installers and decorators! Their team has planned an incredible show in Omaha, Nebraska from July 8, 2025, to July 11, 2025. This event, the Holiday Bright Lights 2025 Roadshow, is going to be an unforgettable few days filled with innovation, fun and networking.  

The show is designed with interactive workshops that will help you learn industry secrets and techniques to level up your business. There are also amazing opportunities to learn about new products/ technologies and network with your peers. 

Join us for the 2025 Holiday Bright Lights Spotlight Roadshow, July 8-11 in Omaha, Nebraska. This Interactive Retreat includes a little fun, some great networking, new product information, innovative industry secrets, and techniques that help increase sales and profits. Here’s a simplified schedule of what you can expect! 

Tuesday, July 8, 2025 

Start the retreat with an evening party in the HBS warehouse. Starting at 6:00 p.m., there will be cocktails, dinner, tours and games! We’ve heard that there might even be prizes for the winners of the games. 

Wednesday, July 9, 2025 

Kicking off after the 9:00 a.m. welcome to the retreat, there will be six hours of general sessions and workshops to learn at! From Colin Nabity’s talk on Utilizing AI to Drew Meier, Sean Birge, & Joshua Barnes’s design session, there is tons of invaluable knowledge to gain. 

And when you’re ready to blow off some steam from a day of learning, there’s a happy hour charity cornhole challenge at 4:00 p.m. and then a 5:00 p.m. evening gathering at Fat Putter for cocktails, dinner and some miniature golf! 

Thursday, July 10, 2025 

Attend even more expert talks and sessions on the second full day of the retreat! Whether it’s marketing ideas from Ashley Bissing or factory insights courtesy of Rich Martini, Bill Rhoades, Drew Meier and Toby Wegner, you are sure to walk away with new tools and tricks to boost your operations.  

And the show doesn’t stop with the closing of the sessions at 4:00 p.m.! There’s a unique evening at Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium - African Lodge planned for that night. With cocktails, food trucks, music and a scavenger hunt, it’s going to be a night to remember. 

Friday, July 11, 2025 

This year’s HBL Roadshow closes out with a tour of the HBL headquarters (433 South 96th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68127). Attendees will get to tour the 40,000 square foot facility, meet regional representatives and learn all about new products that are being worked on. There is also an optional but included training session on permanent LED lighting!
