Heritage+ and Heritage Pool+ continue to serve as every contractor's digital branch, providing full access to live inventory, pricing, product details and online ordering. Now it's available via mobile app and desktop. With this update, contractors can opt in to receive real-time order notifications, including alerts when orders are received, ready for pickup, out for delivery or delivered. Notification preferences are fully customizable from the app or desktop dashboard.

The newly released AI tool inside Heritage+ and Heritage Pool+ gives contractors 24/7 access to answers that used to require a phone call or manual search. Users can ask for product recommendations, compare items, check pricing and availability, retrieve product manuals or sell sheets, locate the nearest branch, get details in Spanish or even request recent invoices.

Built-in integration support

Heritage is also developing integrations that sync the platform with third-party tools such as inventory tracking systems, accounting platforms and CRM tools. These integrations eliminate repetitive data entry and reduce errors.
